## Job description

În rolul de Agebcy Manager vei lucra într-o sucursala și vei: *
- Coordona activitatile sucursalei utilizand in mod optim resursele disponibile *
- Contribui la gradul de satisfacere al clientilor si ︁implementa standardele de comunicare adecvate atat cu clientii interni, cat si externi *
- Asigura instruirea corespunzatoare a angajatilor si impreuna cu acestia imbunatatesti politicile si procedurile Bancii *
- Aplica standardele UniCredit Bank in ceea ce priveste activitatile de vanzari, marketing, calitate, juridic si risc *
- Asigura livrarea unui nivel ridicat de calitate a serviciilor in relatia cu clientii sucursalei
