What we offer As part of URW’s Data team and reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager, the Consumer Insights Analyst plays a key role in helping URW become a more consumer-centric organisation. By combining consumer understanding, data and business strategy, the role transforms complex datasets into actionable insights that influence decision-making, support commercial growth and enhance the consumer experience across Europe and the US. ### Key Responsibilities Support commercial decision-making through consumer segmentation, catchment analysis and data-backed business cases. ### Partner with cross-functional teams business, Data Science, IT and external providers to deliver insight-driven projects while acting as a key point of contact for regional teams and external research partners. Conduct ad hoc analyses on consumer behaviour using various sources. Prepare strategic presentations for Executive Management on key topics such as spending behaviour, consumer trends and shopper personas. Oversee consumer surveys across the portfolio, including NPS and competitive benchmarking initiatives. Support the development and deployment of the Consumer & Content Strategy (CCS) across all our assets. Maintain and monitor key business indicators and dashboards, ensuring consistency of insights across the Group. Profile Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field. 0-3 years' experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, or Market/Consumer Research. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect consumer data and business performance. Strong data storytelling capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, eager to understand what drives consumer behaviour. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Power BI, SQL and/or Python is a strong plus. Fluency in English is required. Why join us?
