By working with the latest technologies and innovative techniques, you will help produce groundbreaking medicines that make a real difference for patients – today and in the future. ### About the role You will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations within a biopharmaceutical production environment. You will ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards while fostering continuous improvement and team development. You will play a key role in delivering production targets, maintaining quality standards, and building a strong, engaged team. Who you’ll work with: You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with production teams, quality specialists, supply chain, technical services, and human resources. You will lead team leaders and technicians while partnering with cross-functional experts to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. ### What you’ll do - Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of manufacturing operations aligned with quality, safety, and production targets - Lead and support team leaders and technicians, promoting collaboration, development, and continuous improvement - Monitor production performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when needed - Oversee equipment readiness with technical teams, including maintenance, qualification, and calibration - Manage deviations, investigations, and corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support audits and inspections Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or related field - Proven experience (10+ years) in biopharmaceutical manufacturing Experience in leading production teams in a regulated environment (including executive-level staff), high leadership skills - Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, industrial production processes and technologies, included upstream processes - Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to work in highly dynamic environment and to handle challenging situations Fluent in French and English #Biomanufacturing Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
