Über die Position In dieser Einstiegsposition unterstützt du die operative Personalarbeit für Deutschland und Österreich. Du begleitest Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte entlang des Employee Lifecycles, arbeitest an konkreten Projekten mit und trägst dazu bei, Prozesse, Datenqualität und Service kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Diese Position ist kein klassisches Traineeprogramm. Vom ersten Tag an bist du ein vollwertiges Mitglied eines engagierten Teams und übernimmst verantwortungsvolle operative Aufgaben in einem klar definierten Funktionsbereich. Du arbeitest aktiv an konkreten Projekten und im Tagesgeschäft mit und sammelst dabei wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen in einem professionellen Umfeld. Die Position ist als auf 24 Monate befristete Einstiegsrolle vorgesehen und bietet dir eine fundierte Grundlage für deinen Berufseinstieg. Mit wem du zusammenarbeitest Du wirst Teil des People Services Teams für Deutschland und Österreich. In deiner täglichen Arbeit arbeitest du mit Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften sowie lokalen und globalen Partnern zusammen und unterstützt eine verlässliche, hochwertige und positive Employee Experience. Was du bei uns bewegst Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei personalbezogenen Anfragen serviceorientiert unterstützen. HR-Prozesse von Einstellung bis Austritt zuverlässig und sorgfältig begleiten. Personal- und Organisationsdaten in HR-Systemen vollständig und aktuell halten. Onboarding, lokale Benefits und administrative Abläufe für Neueintritte unterstützen. An HR-Projekten, Prozessverbesserungen und lokalen Reportings aktiv mitarbeiten. Bei Richtlinienänderungen und der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat unterstützen. Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zu Human Resources. Grundverständnis für HR-Prozesse und großes Interesse an operativer Personalarbeit. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Serviceorientierte Kommunikation und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern. Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick fürs Detail. Digitale Affinität sowie Motivation, Systeme und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
