## Job description

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Do you like to connect with others and collaborate? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support within Global Markets. Your role will involve

– managing and maintaining calendars, including conference calls, travel and client meetings

– assisting with incoming and outgoing communications and coordination of department meetings in Hong Kong and with offshore colleagues

– providing administrative and organisational support, including assistance with expense administration and processing invoices

– assisting in staff engagement initiatives
