仕事内容

富裕層顧客に高付加価値型の金融サービス・ソリューションを提供する仕事です。

・入行後UBS独自のトレーニングを受けながら、新規開拓や預かり資産の獲得など、自らの顧客基盤拡大に注力します。

・UBSの豊富な金融商品やサービスを駆使して、顧客の本来のニーズにあった資産管理・保全・運用のためのアドバイスをします。

応募条件

・新規開拓の経験・実績がある方

・新規開拓が好きな方

・実力主義の世界でチャレンジしてみたい方

・営業力と富裕層顧客に対応できる教養・素養・常識のある方

・日本の銀行(メガ・地銀)の本店営業部門(法人営業)に所属する方、または

・日本の銀行(メガ・地銀)のプライベート・バンク部門に所属する方、または

・日本の証券(大手・中小)で年間１億円以上の手数料収入を上げている方

・証券外務員一種保有者(現在保有されていない方は入社までに必ず取得していただきます)

・初級程度の英語力（目安：TOEIC600点以上または同等レベル）

### Your role

Are you at your best when solving problems for clients and building long-term relationships? Do you have a proven track record in client advising and selling?

We are looking for someone who can help us:
- establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- select advisory processes and agreements designed to meet our clients’ needs, objectives and expectations
- keep accurate, up-to-date client investor profiles
- develop a client investment strategy and keep a close eye on portfolio quality
- create and implement a strategic client book development plan with measurable actions
- comply with all regulation, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
