## Job description

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker with passion for client service? Is excellence your baseline standard?

We’re looking for a Branch Office Administrator to:
- support the branch management team in various functions and capacities
- assist with resolving client issues
- communicate and implement strategic initiatives at branch level
- support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions
- assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
- coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities
- act as a backup for the Executive Assistant of the Market Executive
