## Job description

As an Application Support Team Lead, you will take ownership of ensuring production stability and driving continuous improvement across critical applications. You will leverage your expertise to lead projects and guide your team through complex challenges. Acting as the key liaison between users and technical teams, you will ensure clear communication, timely issue resolution, and foster a collaborative environment. You will also ensure the application environment and processes are compliant with Taiwan regulations and UBS policies, maintaining the highest standards of governance and operational integrity.

Your ability to inspire and motivate the team will be essential in maintaining high performance and engagement.
