## Job description
- aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines definierten Firmenkundenportfolios im Bereich Karten‑ und T&E‑Lösungen
- Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Beratungsgesprächen und Reviews (on‑/off‑site und remote)
- Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, Spesen‑ und Reiseprozessen sowie Karten‑Nutzungsdaten zur Identifikation von Potenzialen
- Beratung zu Firmenkarten‑, T&E‑ und Zusatzlösungen (z.B. virtuelle Karten, zentrale Abrechnung, Reporting)

Nutzung von CRM‑, Reporting‑ und Analytics‑Tools, um Sales‑Opportunitäten zu erkennen und gezielt zu bearbeiten
- Koordination von Implementierungen, Programm‑Setups, Limit‑Anpassungen und Servicefällen mit internen Stellen
- aktive Förderung der Nutzung von digitalen Karten‑ und T&E‑Tools (Portale, Apps, Self‑Service)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von KYC‑, Risiko‑, Compliance‑ und kartenspezifischen Richtlinien
- Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen, Opportunities und Abschlüssen in den relevanten Systemen
- Einbringen von Markt‑ und Kundenfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Karten‑ und T&E‑Angebots
