## Job description

Are you self-motivated and confident? Do you want to learn how financial institutions manage operational risks and gain hands on experience in this area?

We’re looking for someone like you to:
- Be part of our team supporting the implementation of the Non-Financial Risk Framework within UBS Investment Bank
- Review front office errors to ensure quality and compliance with requirements, while identifying trends, recurring issues, and control gaps
- Analyze data and prepare reports that provide clear insights and highlight changes in our risk profile
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across global locations
