## Job description

Do you enjoy delivering accurate financial information that supports business decisions? Are you passionate about accounting, analysis and solving complex financial issues? Do you want to be a trusted partner to stakeholders across Finance and the business?

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to support regional cost controlling, maintain accurate financial records and deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis
- prepare and post cost-related accruals, prepayments and reclassification entries to support accurate financial reporting
- partner with Business Managers to understand financial inputs, resolve queries and provide accounting guidance
- prepare profit and loss and balance sheet analyses, providing clear variance commentary and insights
- perform reconciliations and support the GBSOV sign-off process to ensure accurate and complete financial records
- investigate and resolve accounting issues, action items and operational challenges in a timely manner
- identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, controls and process efficiency
