## Job description

We’re looking for an Integrated Middle Office Specialist to:
- provide operational support across a range of products and business activities throughout the trade lifecycle, from trade inception to settlement, maturity, and related lifecycle events.
- manage day-to-day trade support activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining a strong focus on risk and control.
- engage with internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Operations, Settlements, Confirmations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and other support functions, as well as external counterparties and service providers where applicable.
- investigate, review, and resolve complex trade and operational issues, acting as a key point of coordination between stakeholders.
- analyse existing workflows and partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- support change initiatives, process enhancements, new business activities, system implementations, and user acceptance testing.
- understand and adhere to the risk and control framework, ensuring all relevant controls are performed effectively and exceptions are appropriately managed.
- contribute to regulatory, management, and operational reporting requirements, ensuring processes remain compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
