## Job description

Are you passionate about investing, portfolio management, and helping clients navigate complex market environments? Our Private Wealth Management team is seeking a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate who thrives on market analysis, investment research, and client engagement. This individual will play a key role in our investment platform, helping drive portfolio implementation, research, trading, and client communication for high-net-worth families and business owners.

### What You'll Do
- Serve as the team's portfolio management and investment function lead
- Oversee and execute trading activity across client portfolios
- Conduct research on asset classes, investment managers, and portfolio strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes
- Listen to manager calls, market updates, and strategy discussions, translating insights into portfolio recommendations and client communications
- Lead investment committee discussions and strategic portfolio reviews
- Join client meetings and calls to explain portfolio positioning, market developments, and drivers of performance
- Help clients understand periods of underperformance and outperformance while reinforcing long-term investment objectives
- Partner with Financial Advisors to develop customized investment solutions aligned with client goals and risk tolerance
- Support the continued enhancement of our team's investment platform and research process
