## Job description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited about creating a great first impression for new employees? Do you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and collaborating in a global environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you will:
- Support onboarding and background screening activities for new joiners across multiple countries.
- Maintain employee records and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and in line with data privacy requirements.
- Contribute ideas to improve and simplify processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
