## Job description

Do you have a knack for working to deadlines in process driven and high volume environment? Are you accurate with good attention to detail? Do you ask questions if you're not sure how to proceed? If so, we’re looking for someone like you who can help us:
- Take ownership for the accurate and timely execution, settlement and lifecycle management of securities, OTC, FX and money market transactions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on complex transactions, operational processes and technical issues.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of complex exceptions, breaks and risk events, ensuring root causes are identified and sustainable solutions implemented.
- Oversee daily operational controls, ensuring robust governance, timely escalation and effective risk mitigation.
- Monitor and report on risk limits, control metrics and key operational risks, providing meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain effective relationships with counterparties, agents, custodians and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction processing and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls and improve client outcomes.
- Contribute to operational change programmes, regulatory initiatives and strategic projects impacting the Group Managed Business function.
- Produce and present high-quality management information, operational reporting and risk metrics for business management, governance forums and control functions.
- Ensure operational processes remain aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
- Support business continuity and resilience by proactively identifying risks, dependencies and potential operational vulnerabilities.
