## Job description

We are looking for a Product Control Manager to lead profit and loss reporting, balance sheet controls, and strategic process improvements for Global Equity Derivatives products.
- lead the daily profit and loss production and validation process, providing analysis of key drivers, risk-based commentary, and escalation of issues where required
- partner with Trading and Market Risk to review and challenge profit and loss attribution, validate outcomes, and provide meaningful business insights
- oversee month-end close activities, including journal governance, adjustments, balance sheet substantiation, reconciliations, reserves, and break resolution
- maintain a robust control framework through effective controls, documented processes, issue remediation, audit readiness, and adherence to internal policies
- lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, supporting performance management, capacity planning, and professional development
- drive automation and process improvement initiatives using Alteryx, Python, Power BI, SAP, and AI-enabled technologies to enhance efficiency, controls, and management information
