## Job description

Do you have at least 3+ years experience in the Private Wealth Management business and are ready to take the next step in your career?

Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and ready to help run a large team?

We're looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to:
- Take ownership of all administrative and operational support activities for the Financial Advisor team.
- support Financial Advisors in the day-to-day servicing of client relationships
- provide exceptional client service and act as a key point of contact for clients
- process and facilitate account openings, maintenance requests, transfers, and documentation
- proactively manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- coordinate client meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up activities
- ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and operational procedures
- contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the team
