## Job description

You will:
- Investigate Reg E claims involving ACH, debit card, ATM, P2P, and other electronic transactions.
- Apply Reg E requirements to determine provisional credit eligibility, liability, and final claim outcomes.
- Review transaction data, statements, network rules, and supporting documentation to reach well-supported decisions.
- Ensure claims are processed within regulatory timelines and documented with clear rationale.
- Identify exceptions, trends, or potential control gaps and escalate as appropriate.
- Respond to internal inquiries, quality reviews, audits, and regulatory requests.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in claims management systems.
- Contribute to process improvements, job aids, and training materials.
