## Job description

Are you client-focused and committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience? Are you collaborative and comfortable working across teams to resolve client and operational inquiries?

We're looking for someone like this who can:
- deliver exceptional client service by resolving requests accurately, professionally, and within established service standard
- serve as a primary point of contact for clients, Financial Advisors, and business partners to address account servicing needs and inquiries
- process account maintenance activities, including profile updates, registration changes, beneficiary updates, account retitling, ownership changes, and authorized party requests
- review and process client documentation for trust, estate, custodial, corporate, and power of attorney accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- proactively identify and resolve documentation issues while maintaining a high standard of quality and risk management
- support account lifecycle events, operational processing, case management, and remediation activities
- educate clients on account services, digital capabilities, and available solutions to enhance their overall experience
- maintain accurate records and adhere to all UBS policies, compliance requirements, supervisory procedures, and operational controls
