## Job description

As part of this exciting team, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change is an everyday event and excellence is our goal. You, along with your team mates, will be responsible for:
- Perform backtest on Quantitative Investment Strategies across asset classes by developing/utilizing backtesting tools and template
- Perform bespoke analysis upon clients' request
- Produce performance report of UBS QIS
- Develop new strategies and take it through entire lifecycle including idea generation, backtesting, tradability assessment, index manual production, liaising with internal Quants and 3rd party calculation agents for implementation
- Ensure that all strategies comply with regulations, internal compliance and are of sound construction
- Create rulebooks and marketing materials for QIS strategies, and get involved in marketing efforts
- Keep abreast on market movement and track the performance of major strategies
