## Job description

Deliver a best in class client experience. Elevate the team’s brand. Make the partners more effective. This role sits at the intersection of client service, marketing/brand execution, and partner leverage. You’ll ensure clients are well taken care of, the team is brand is delivered professionally, and partners stay focused on high value work.

### What you’ll own
- manage client service workflows: account opening, maintenance, documentation, and follow through
- keep CRM and management systems accurate, current, and reliable
- prepare meeting materials, reports, and post meeting deliverables
- elevate the Clear Point Partners brand through social media and digital channels (content coordination, posting support, consistency of voice and look)
- maintain and refresh marketing materials; coordinate client events and campaigns
- support partners with calendars, travel, expenses, and ad hoc administrative or personal tasks
- proactively manage the team calendar so priorities, deadlines, and events don’t slip
