## Job description

UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Engineer in Weehawken, NJ.

Are you an innovative thinker? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? Do you enjoy delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions?

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Engineer to:
- Design and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts, ensuring completion of critical initiatives and testing engagements. Gather non-functional requirements and identify performance and resilience testing objectives for the applications under test in the digital and client onboarding stream.
- Document and review the performance and resiliency test plan and strategy to derive current application SLA's and review them as part of non-functional requirements session with product teams.
- Perform browser level performance testing and analysis. Create performance test automated scripts, workload models and execute performance tests. Track and communicate performance and resilience task progress, status, and key performance metrics.
- Report defects found in testing diligently, promptly, and accurately, using standard defect tracking tools.
- Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).
