## Job description

Möchten Sie in einem internationalen, dynamischen Umfeld eine Schlüsselrolle übernehmen? Behalten Sie auch bei vielen parallelen Themen den Überblick und handeln vorausschauend? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen Sie den Sector Head GFIW EMEA in einer zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion.

Wir suchen eine/n Executive Assistant für den Sector Head Global Family and Institutional Wealth EMEA (GFIW) in München – je nach Arbeitszeitmodell - u.a. für folgende Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben:
- Kalendermanagement für alle internen sowie externen Terminanfragen
- Unterstützung des Sector Heads im globalen

### Daily Business
- Koordination aller Reisen inklusive Terminplanung, Einholung erforderlicher Freigaben,

### Buchungen sowie Abrechnungen
- Follow Up zu verschiedenen Themen, z.B.: Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen, Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen, Präsentationen
- Priorisierung und proaktive Steuerung von Anfragen, Aufgaben und Fristen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Sector Head sowie

### Chief of Staff Team
- Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internationalen Teams, internen Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartnern sowie Hauptansprechpartner für alle Anfragen rund um den

### Sector Head
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen
- Follow Up zu verschiedenen Themen, z.B.: Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen, Präsentationen
