## Job description

Do you know how to manage people? Do you have a knack for implementing service standards?

We're looking for someone like this who can:
- manage branch administration and provide administrative support to the management team
- manage end to end process of recruiting and training administrative support staff and provide ongoing management and support for development
- follow up local issues that have been identified by the management team and escalate when necessary Support and drive strategic firm initiatives
- identify and implement cost efficiencies with office (P&L management)
- coach and educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures
- implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating administrative support staff on best practices on the 'client experience
- partner with the management team and the Home Office to address management or staffing issues
