## Job description

Do you want to advise on complex financing transactions and legal matters at the heart of UBS's corporate banking business? Do you enjoy partnering with business stakeholders, managing legal risk and supporting Swiss companies and entrepreneurs through innovative financing solutions? If you are looking for a role that combines legal advisory work, transaction support and strategic initiatives within a dynamic banking environment, we would like to hear from you.

### Your Role

As part of our team, you will provide pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice to UBS's Corporate Banking business in Switzerland. You will advise on lending, leasing, trade finance and cash management solutions, support the structuring and execution of transactions, and help identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across a broad range of business activities.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, control functions and external counsel, while contributing to strategic projects and selected digital transformation initiatives that support the continued evolution of our products, services and processes.

### What you bring
- A strong interest in banking, finance and the legal challenges facing a modern financial institution
- A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to independently manage legal matters and support complex transactions
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills, combined with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working closely with business partners, control functions, external counsel and colleagues across Legal
- Resilience, adaptability and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities and challenging deadlines
- Curiosity for innovation and the ability to contribute to the development of new products, services and processes
