## Job description
- Conduct empirical and academic style research to further develop the HOLT systematic equity valuation model and downstream analytics
- Analyze company life cycle dynamics, including growth, profitability, and competitive dynamics
- Develop new quantitative scorecards, frameworks and datasets for client use
- Research and enhance methodologies including cash flow forecasting, alternative scenarios, and the interaction between company fundamentals, valuation, and market environments
- Assist in designing, testing and validating enhancements to the framework using HOLT’s financial dataset spanning back to the 1950’s
- Contribute to published written research and internal documentation communicating findings and investment implications
- Assist with model governance and monitoring of model output
- Enhance the use of macroeconomic and alternative data within the framework
- Develop reproducible research workflows with strong documentation and coding practices
- Operate as a research partner to Model Technology and IT, providing direction on analytical design, and implementation priorities
