## Job description

Are you curious about how market research can be used to answer complex business and investment questions? Do you enjoy coordinating projects, working with data, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality research? Are you interested in developing a career in market research while working on projects with a global reach?

We're looking for a Market Research Specialist to join the UBS Evidence Lab Market Research team in Krakow.

In this role you will:
- Design and execute quantitative market research projects across a broad range of industries and audience types
- Work with research analysts and colleagues to understand research hypotheses and determine the most appropriate research approach
- Assist in developing questionnaires, survey materials and research specifications
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with external research vendors to ensure high-quality fieldwork delivery
- This role offers an opportunity to work on global research studies, develop expertise in market research methodologies and gain exposure to a wide range of industries and business topics.
