## Job description

We’re looking for a Market Executive to:
- develop the strategic direction and relevant business model for their specific area of responsibility and for implementation, including development of key goals, targets and priorities.
- is recognized as a role model and creates a positive team-identity, leading, inspiring and guiding others toward a vision that builds Market capabilities
- evaluates and mitigates risk, ensuring that compliance fits with existing regulations in addition to financial targets
- analyzes the local market conditions and supports decision processes
- coaches all Market Directors, Financial Advisors, and other team members and ensure appropriate training and development measures using results-oriented measurement and full transparency in communication
- monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
- partner with the management team to manage day-to-day activities
