## Job description

Are you highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented? Do you enjoy working with data, following structured processes and learning how payroll services are delivered across multiple countries? Are you curious about how technology, controls and continuous improvement support accurate and timely payroll?

As an EMEA SMC Payroll Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting payroll input collection, data validation and routine quality checks under team guidance
- Maintaining payroll documentation, trackers and structured records in line with team procedures
- Assisting with reporting preparation, reconciliations and evidence gathering for payroll controls
- Tracking employee and stakeholder queries and helping ensure timely follow-up
- Handling sensitive employee and payroll information with discretion, accuracy and professionalism
