## Job description

Are you passionate about advising clients on strategic and financing opportunities? Do you enjoy building long-term relationships and executing complex transactions? Are you able to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment?

We're looking for an investment banker to:
- originate and execute Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions across the Energy, Utilities and Industrials sectors
- create partnerships by increasing the depth and breadth of existing client relationships
- identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive client coverage and sector expertise
- provide strategic advice and financing solutions to corporate clients and financial sponsors
- lead transaction execution, including valuation, financial analysis, due diligence and structuring activities
- collaborate across industry, product and regional teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- prepare and present strategic recommendations and transaction materials to clients and senior stakeholders
- mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Global Banking franchise
