As a Finance & Accounting Intern, you’ll gain exposure to real-world financial processes, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects that support plant operations and strategic decision-making. ### Key Responsibilities Daily Production Reporting - Monitor and report daily production metrics to support operational efficiency. ### Disassembly Yield Reporting - Analyze yield data to support process improvements and cost savings. ### Overtime Reporting - Compile labor data and report on overtime trends to assist in labor cost management. ### Weekly Plant Variance Reporting - Prepare variance reports comparing actuals to budget/forecast and provide insights on key drivers. ### REQUIREMENTS Education: Finance or Accounting major is required with at least a year of school remaining. ### Computer Skills Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint. ### Communication Skills Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. ### Special Skills Must have the desire to learn and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in teams. ### Application Requirements - Resume must state your expected graduation date and your area of study. ### Location - Students must be within commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less. ### Position-Specific Requirements This role is a year-round opportunity that requires the selected candidate to work 15 – 20 hours per week during the school year, and as many as 40 hours per week during the summer. This role also requires the selected candidate to work in office at Tyson Foods’ Springdale, AR World Headquarters. ### Relocation Assistance Eligible No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
