This position is responsible for properly grading product according to the customer's specifications. ### Operational Responsibilities Work efficiently with both knives and/or scissors to trim product on the moving line. - Use both hands to style and isolate product on a fast-moving production line. - Wear all required PPE. - Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
