Do thorough pre-rinse of area working from top to bottom. Apply various chemicals and soaps to all areas of assigned equipment and machinery from bottom to top. Complete thorough final rinse and check area for needed corrections. Clean production processing areas according to established company and USDA standards. Climb to scrub high places and bend or squat to scrub low places. Hold and operate high pressure water hoses/power washers for periods of time. Replace sanitation materials in proper places when finished. This position is responsible for the set up and daily operation of machines assigned to all production areas. Team members must be lock out tag out trained (training will be provided upon hire). This position requires team members to perform various duties: removal and replacement of blades, belts, hopper buckets, pans, etc. disassemble equipment daily for proper cleaning cleaning of floors and drains, emptying inedible/trash into compactors and/or combos periodic cleaning of communal areas to include; cafeteria, restrooms, office areas – sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dumping trash, cleaning tables. Other duties as assigned by management; to include Lead, Supervisor or Manager Team members may be rotated from areas/rooms as required. ### REQUIREMENTS Six months of experience in the sanitation of food processing equipment. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to work in a cold, wet, and humid environment. Must observe all required hygiene & safety procedures at all times. Must be able to stand for entire shift. Job requires repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, turning and reaching high and low levels frequently. Working in cold/wet environment. ### Relocation Assistance Eligible No Work Shift: 3RD SHIFT (United States of America) ### Pay Range/Rate $20.80 Incentives: Annual Incentive Plan: No Long-Term Incentive Plan: No Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
