Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level. Be able to stand 8- 10 hours a day on hard surfaces. Able to perform repetitive motion. Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas. Must wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. ### ATTENTION These positions may involve use of a knife and or scissors to bone out or trim pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines.
