They are responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall improvement of the development process. Development Engineers II have a deep understanding of software development principles and technologies and play a key role in delivering high-quality software products. ### Job Summary Enterprise Data Management International team is looking for a versatile and a technologist Developer who would be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Master Data Management (MDM) data solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across the organization. This role involves in you working closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to develop and maintain the MDM enterprise solutions. ### Key Responsibilities - Design and develop MDM solutions to support business processes and data governance – including Data Quality rules development, maintenance and support - Implement data integration processes to ensure accurate and consistent master data across systems - Monitor and maintain the MDM environment, ensuring data quality and integrity - Troubleshoot and resolve master and data quality related issues and discrepancies Utilize Collibra to manage data governance, data cataloging, and data stewardship activities Platform ownership including upgrades, configuration fixes, platform health monitoring Data migration and integration and Data Quality Products like Syniti's ADMM and ADM Data Catalog apps like Collibra, Data engineering and integration to GCP Qualification - 2+ years of proven experience in development, enhancements and management of MDM Solution(s). Preferred experience in MDM Implementation projects/background Hands on experience in Data Integration, Data Migration, ETL and Data Quality Products like Syniti's ADMM and ADM Experience with MDM tools/platforms such as SimpleMDG or similar industry standards platforms like Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio - Proficiency in SQL scripting of Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc and database management activities including DB Refreshes, DB Copy, Table refreshes Experience with Data quality management – Data Quality Rules & Master data Management processes and practices - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers medium-high complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team. Influences in collaborative meetings with peers and stakeholders. Interacts with stakeholders, create requirements and demonstrate work. Documents code. Follow established software product engineering practices related to software development. Works under moderate supervision with access to assistance for work assignments not covered through established guidelines. Acquires solid knowledge and develops specialized skills. Establishes individual priorities when supporting projects and/or processes. Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice. ### Design and Development Designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages or tools. Developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. ### Testing and Maintenance Performing unit testing and integration testing. Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. ### Collaboration Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. ### Documentation Writing and maintaining technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections. ### Research and Development Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Conducting research to discover new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and performance. ### Project Management Participating in project planning, including estimating timeframes and resource requirements. Managing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects. ### Security and Compliance Ensuring software security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implementing data protection and security measures. ### Customer Interaction Interacting with customers or end-users to gather requirements and provide support. Translating customer requirements into technical specifications. ### Continuous Improvement Continuously improving development processes and methodologies. Engaging in continuous learning and professional development. ### Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering Field or relevant experience. ### Experience 2+ years relevant or practical experience. ### Soft Skills Communication: Influencing collaborative meetings and interacting with stakeholders. ### Initiative Proactively identifying and proposing development solutions. ### Problem-solving Delivering medium to high-complexity tasks. ### Adaptability Developing specialized skills and knowledge. ### Leadership Mentoring junior developers. ### Time Management Managing tasks and deadlines for timely project delivery. ### Critical Thinking Analyzing development needs and proposing improvements. ### Relocation Assistance Eligible No Work Shift: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
