## Job description

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals like you to join our diverse Customer Service Team.We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for customer contact and travel. As a Customer Services Advisor, you must be able to switch quickly when challenging issues arise.If you've got the right to work in Morocco and speak Dutch, French & English, language, keep on reading!

### What You'll Do

Customer Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers
- Provide expert information and manage bookings efficiently
- Meet quality and productivity KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards
- Stay updated on processes, products, and destinations through our internal tools Continuously develop your skills and identify areas for improvement
- Adapt to different communication channels (phone, email, social media)
- Collaborate with other departments on special projects Show flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks and missions

### What We're Looking For

Trilingual proficiency: French, English, and Dutch Minimum
- 1 year experience in a similar customer service role Secondary education diploma (Tourism & Hospitality qualification preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Knowledge of remote customer service best practices Understanding of tourism industry (destinations, products, tour operators) Team player mentality
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal information systems Adaptability to change Ready to Join Us?
