[Apply on TUI’s careers site →](https://careers.tuigroup.com/en/job/punta-cana/it-specialist-dominican-republic/2937/45667554048) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [TUI](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tui/) / IT Specialist - Dominican Republic ## Job description Join our global TUI Musement IT Team based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic as an IT Specialist and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers. ### ABOUT THE JOB You'll work closely with stakeholders supporting the Caribbean IT team, primarily across all TUI MM sites in the Dominican Republic, Caribbean and Americas region, and secondarily worldwide. Your focus will be on Deskside Support (in person or remote), including M365 support, Windows 10/11 support (including imaging), troubleshooting issues, and general user support. We need you to handle onboarding and off-boarding of users and devices, including iPads, fixed phones, mobiles, and point of sales devices. You'll support the back-office infrastructure, acting as 'smart hands' for servers, firewalls, switches, NAS, phone systems, and more. Compiling reports, tracking and confirming inventory, or participating in special projects that go beyond your core daily work may be part of your role. As part of a global IT resource pool, you'll commit to continuous growth and development of your IT skillset, including excellent soft skills. The role requires flexibility to work on occasional Saturdays when necessary to meet operational needs ### ABOUT YOU Proven experience working hands-on with Windows 10/11, Apple OS, and smartphones in a Help Desk environment is essential. You speak and write fluent English with strong customer service skills that are polite, professional, and polished. Maintaining high availability during your shift, either in the office or working remotely via Teams, is something you're comfortable with. Collaborating and sharing knowledge within your team comes naturally to you, contributing to our collective expertise. Experience with Office 365, Apple iPads and iPhones, smartphones, and working with 3rd party vendors (acting as liaisons) will help you thrive. Your willingness to learn and assist with IT budgeting, develop as a Subject Matter Expert on relevant technologies, and support end-user education (like migrating users to OneDrive or Teams) sets you apart.
