This exciting role is based at our TUI BLUE Tropical Resort in Türkiye. You need to be available as soon as possible until minimum 07.11.26. If you have the right to work in Türkiye, speak English, and German — keep reading! ABOUT OUR OFFER Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 60,625 TRY net/monthly. Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform. If you do not live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation can be provided. Access to free language lessons & the TUI Learning Hub to help you level-up and grow your career. Finally, why not get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation. ### ABOUT THE JOB You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities. You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards. You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember. ### ABOUT YOU You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team. A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind. Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential. You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English – and German. Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests. Finally … you will be proud to wear and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times.
