## Job description

职位描述 优化Trip.

### Best各渠道用户路径，针对城市榜等高频更新榜单，设计并迭代榜单卡片、排序逻辑、筛选交互、CTA 按钮等关键 UI 模块，提高订单转化 主导 A/B 测试全流程

从假设制定、实验方案设计、数据采集到结论提炼与落地推广 负责 Trip.Best SEO 和 GEO优化；同时前瞻布局 GEO，通过结构化内容与权威性信号建设，提升榜单在 AI 搜索引擎中的引用率，抢占 AI 时代的旅行决策入口 持续追踪 Trip.Best 各渠道的核心增长指标，包括页面 CTR、详情页进入率、预订转化率（CVR）、用户停留时长及回访率等 结合旅行行业趋势（如 AI 推荐、社交种草、即时预订等），为 Trip.Best 的中长期增长策略提供前瞻性输入 持续跟踪国内外竞品的榜单与推荐产品动态，例如知名OTA平台和内容平台等。 任职资格 3年以上互联网产品相关工作经验，其中至少1年以上增长产品、转化优化或用户体验优化方向的实际经验 OTA（在线旅游）、内容平台产品经验者优先 有独立主导 A/B 测试从0到1落地经验者优先 熟悉使用SQL、数据分析、可视化工具经验者优先 优秀的书面与口头沟通能力，能向不同受众（技术、设计、业务）清晰呈现增长洞察与产品方案 具备跨职能团队协作经验，能在无直接汇报关系的情况下通过影响力推动协作 中英文沟通流利，能适应国际化团队工作环境
