## Job description

负责主题房品类的运营管理与业务增长，对 GMV、毛利、产品品质负责，主导产品研发、供应商管理及推广策略落地。 岗位职责
- 负责主题房产品运营，包括市场调研、产品定位、需求分析，制定运营策略并推动目标达成
- 制定产品标准及运营流程，监控交付品质与用户体验
- 筛选管理供应商，建立准入考核机制，推动供应商分散化降低风险
- 策划执行线上线下推广方案，主导增长实验，定期输出数据分析报告并持续优化
- 协同设计、市场、客服、产研等部门推动资源整合；对接外部酒店集团及IP合作方 任职要求
- 本科及以上，2年以上运营经验，主题房/文旅/住宿/IP衍生品行业优先
- 有供应链管理或供应商对接经验，熟悉采购流程与质量控制
- 熟练使用Excel/PPT，具备数据分析能力
- 积极主动，责任心强，沟通协调与跨部门推动能力好
- 英语口语优秀
