## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责SEO系统的架构设计、核心代码编写与日常开发迭代，推动团队全栈开发，利用AI Coding提升研发效率。 负责SEO与新兴GEO（生成式引擎优化）策略的技术落地，利用技术手段驱动各大搜索引擎及AI引擎的自然流量与订单增长。 负责研发团队的日常管理、目标拆解、绩效评估与人才培养，与产品、业务团队保持高效协作，完成业务项目。

### 任职要求

5年以上开发经验，2年以上技术团队管理经验，具备出海业务相关项目背景更佳。 精通Node服务端开发，熟悉NestJS，mongoose，sequelize等开发框架，能独立主导高可用服务端的开发。 熟悉mysql，mongodb，redis使用，有数据库设计能力，搭建高可用，高性能的系统。 深入理解 React 生态，精通 Next.js 框架原理及高级特性，拥有大型高并发 Web 项目的前端性能调优与架构经验。 精通现代搜索引擎及AI搜索的工作原理，熟悉Google SEO优化方法，了解GEO优化方法。 精通 AI Agent 开发，至少掌握一门 LangChain、LangGraph，Vercel AI SDK，copilotkit 等Agent开发框架，熟悉Tool Calling，RAG，Context压缩，Memory，MCP，Prompt Engineering等原理及开发。 熟悉AI Coding工具使用，熟练掌握Skill开发能力。

至少熟练掌握一个Superpowers, OpenSpec，gsd等SDD框架。 熟悉全球化多语言（i18n）站点的技术实现方案。
