## Job description

职位描述
- 为商旅客户提供包括酒店、机票、火车票，用车等全产品的差旅咨询及预订&售后服务 ；
- 耐心倾听客人投诉，为客人提供解决方案和正面引导；
- 及时将客户的反馈，意见或建议汇总给上级；
- 能适应不同服务渠道的工作需求，包括但不仅限于电话，邮件，即时会话，企业微信等沟通渠道。

排班制 任职资格
- 大专(含)以上学历，英语听说读写流畅，可作为工作语言使用；
- 熟练掌握电脑操作，如word、excel等办公软件的操作；
- 具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神，沟通、应变能力强，态度积极进取；
- 有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
- 具有机票代理机构或酒店接待等工作经验者优先。
