## Job description

### Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle the conjunction of service procedure before the new products launch.
- Conduct front-line service team service process and procedure, service rules formulation and release.
- Optimize or iterate over existing service processes and rules through data analysis and process implementation monitoring.
- Collect feedback from the service team to help respond to related questions and improve common process problems.
- Cross-function communication and promotion, completion of process design/debug and release, forming a closed loop mechanism.

### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as the daily working language.
- Proficient in various Office software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Visio, etc.
- Excellent adaptability, good ability to work under pressure, good teamwork and communication skills.
- Have a strong logical thinking ability, and the ability to summarize, quick problem-solving skills, data analysis, etc.
- PMP certification or Lean 6 sigma certification is preferred.
- Service industry process management experience is preferred.
- Work experience in OTA industry or foreign company is preferred.
