## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责AI产品应用场景功能的agent软件架构，设计、开发、调试工作，与产品团队一起打造行业领先的产品；
- 深入发掘和分析业务需求，从技术视角把关产品需求，找出最合适的方式解决客户问题；
- 负责核心技术问题的攻关、系统优化，解决产品线研发过程中的服务端技术难题。

### 职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上后端开发经验；
- 熟悉计算机体系结构、数据结构和算法、操作系统、数据库、网络等基础原理；
- 熟练使用 python/java/golang等至少一种语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码管理能力；
- 有分布式的软件架构设计、开发经验，能够高效地进行后端服务的开发与维护；
- 优秀的沟通协作能力、分析解决问题能力和学习能力；
- 熟悉Langchain/LangGraph、Eino等开发框架者优先；
- 有竞赛经验者优先；
- 有AI Agent开发经验及相关能力如Agent Memory/Skills有实践经验者优先。
