## Job description

职位描述
- 航司政策管理与复杂售后支持 负责获取、解读及更新航空公司的最新业务政策（含退改签规则、航变政策、特殊行李及签证要求等），并同步至客服及相关业务部门。 作为二线支持，协助客服团队处理境外机票订单中的疑难、复杂售后升级客诉（如非自愿退票、医疗退款、平台规则与航司规则冲突等问题）。
- 航司/供应商关系维护与异常处理 对接航空公司或上游供应商，处理航司下发的各类业务通知及反馈。
- 运营数据监控与分析 负责维护和监控日常机票业务的运营指标数据（如出票成功率、退改处理时效、售后工单积压量、航变通知到达率等）。
- 系统迭代推进与流程优化 梳理现有售后处理和订单流转环节，主动发现并收集日常操作中暴露的系统Bug及流程痛点。 撰写清晰的需求反馈，跟踪系统问题的修复进度，推动业务流程的自动化和标准化。

### 任职资格 学历与经验

本科及以上学历，2-3年工作经验。 旅游互联网（OTA）、传统票务代理或航司相关结算/审核工作经验优先。

### 通用技能

具备优秀的数字敏感度和数据分析能力，精通 Excel（VLOOKUP、数据透视表等函数熟练应用）。

### 职业素养

数字敏感度高，做事严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和抗压能力。 英语可作为工作语言
