## Job description

职位描述
- 以提升服务效率、质量和客户体验为目标，收口客服、海外市场等合作团队提出的系统需求，分析评估需求并推动落地。工作包括调研全球各个市场用户机票售后服务需求（包括出票后值机行李、退、改等）。
- 具有独特的眼界和敏感度，通过对客户反馈和数据的分析，挖掘客户诉求，推动产品改进，降低客户服务的人工引发，控制成本，包括客人再电话、IM、邮件三个渠道的服务引发。
- 具有较强的项目管理及沟通能力。与前后端产品、技术及各跨职能团队紧密合作，协调资源情况，追踪项目进展，结项后复盘项目效果。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，有履约、交易等相关产品经验优先；
- 如熟练掌握英语的口头和书面表达能力，有海外生活经历或者国际化经验优先。
- 良好的分析和解决问题能力，对于机票订后服务有一定了解者优先。
- 良好的项目管理及沟通能力，做事认真负责，有协作精神。
