## Job description

【外包岗位】 岗位职责：
- 培训带教酒店员工掌握丽呈系统、直销、点评、前厅服务标准、运营SOP等
- 协助提升酒店OTA运营及官网运营能力、日常参与线下服务，对运营指标负责

### 针对驻店过程中发现的问题及时汇报并提供解决方案 任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理相关专业优先
- 中高连锁酒店店助/店总2年以上经验
- 熟悉酒店日常运营管理全流程及线上OTA运营
- 有较强的沟通协调能力及抗压能力
- 接受驻店及出差
