## Job description

岗位描述
- 负责房/车抵押类贷款产品的全生命周期管理，主导业务流程设计、功能优化及系统交互方案输出，独立推动大型项目落地（如风控模型对接、资金机构合作等）。
- 基于用户反馈与数据洞察，持续迭代授信、抵押评估、放款、贷后管理等核心环节体验，提升转化率与用户满意度。
- 监控产品关键指标（如审批通过率、逾期率、客单价），通过A/B测试、漏斗分析定位问题，输出可执行的优化方案并推动技术落地。
- 协调风险策略、技术研发、法务合规及资金方，确保产品需求高效交付与合规上线，对最终业务结果负责。
- 建立风险管理协同机制，推动抵押物估值、权属核查等环节的自动化风控能力建设。
- 跟踪监管政策、行业动态及竞品功能，提出差异化产品方案，驱动业务创新。
- 主导与资金方的需求对接，设计符合金融机构风控要求的系统接口、数据报送及资产处置流程，确保合作顺畅。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网金融产品经验，有信贷用户端（To C）产品设计经验者优先，熟悉现金贷/抵押贷业务逻辑及市场格局。
- 具备房抵/车抵类产品经验者优先，有银行/持牌金融机构合作项目经验，熟悉资金方风控标准及合规要求。
- 熟练使用Axure/Sketch等工具输出原型及PRD，精通抵押贷款业务闭环。
- 掌握SQL/Python等工具，能通过数据挖掘用户行为特征，驱动产品决策。
- 可同时推进多线程项目，具备跨部门资源协调能力及抗压能力，确保高质高效交付。
