## Job description

职位描述
- 按照公司流程,为海内外合伙伙伴及客人提供服务;
- 使用中文及英语和全球客人、酒店就财务事宜进行沟通,包括应收款项的收回工作、入住信息核对,疑点复查;
- 处理在沟通过程中客人/酒店所反馈的各种疑难问题,提升客人服务感受;
- 适应公司战略调整,保持业务知识更新;
- 处理领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科(含)以上学历,普通话标准、英语听说读写流利、可作为工作语言;
- 熟练掌握电脑操作,如word、excel等办公软件的操作;
- 具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神,沟通、应变能力强,态度积极进取; 有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神,具有高度责任感,良好的沟通协调及表达能力; 5、有互联网、呼叫中心、旅游行业从业经验者优先; 6、具有海外留学、生活经历者优先; 7、工作时间：9:00—18:00，双休（排班制、非周末）。
