## Job description

【岗位职责】 负责与业务主管部委及地方相关部门建立并维护日常沟通渠道，保障政企信息互通与关系顺畅； 持续跟踪旅游及互联网行业政策动态与法规变化，及时形成内部参考与分析摘要，为业务决策提供政策维度输入； 围绕公司业务规划，主动对接政府部门进行沟通协调，独立推动解决业务推进中的政策与合规议题； 挖掘并整合业务发展所需的政策资源与合作机会，协同推动政企合作事项落地； 配合公司重点项目，牵头完成政策调研、材料撰写及审批流程跟进等关键环节。 【任职要求】 本科及以上学历，公共管理、政治学、经济学、法学等相关专业优先； 8年以上政府事务或政策对接经验，其中至少3年以上与部委层面直接对接经历； 具备较强的政治敏感度与沟通协调能力，善于处理跨部门复杂事务，有良好的应变与推动能力； 熟悉政府公文写作规范，具备扎实的文字功底，能独立完成分析报告、请示函件等材料； 掌握政策研究基本方法论，能够独立完成信息收集、梳理及初步研判。
